A Special Wildflower Mini Session

This session is very near and dear to my heart.  This session (from a few years ago) included my Stepmom (who is Thai), and my Granny and Grandpa.  My Grandpa passed away in the Fall, and these pictures are a sweet reminder of all the fun times we shared, and how much he loved my Granny (they were married for 65 years!).  My Grandpa was also a veteran, and served as a policeman in the Army during the Korean War.   I hope today we can all take a moment to thank and honor the men and women who serve/served our country.

Red, White, and Blue Baby!

Is this little one just the cutest or what?  I took these photos about three years ago back when this little one’s Momma (one of my very best friends) was in the Army.  This was a quick session, just to get some photos of of Valerie and her little one for one of the military holidays.

Love in Bloom

I met these two beauties a few years ago when I had Wildflower Mini’s in Richardson, and I realized I never posted this session!  😦  This is one of my favorite sessions – Hannah was expecting her second little, Maddox (check out his newborn session here), and McKinley was just so excited!  I also had the pleasure of photographing Hannah and Robbie’s beautiful Fall wedding later that year.

Fall Mini Session: The Allison Family

The Allison family decided to have their Fall Mini Session at the Dallas Arboretum, and I couldn’t be more excited.  Little Marie’s 3rd birthday is coming up and her Momma wanted to be sure we captured some cute images of her being her normal almost-3-year-old self!  Marie is so sweet (like her Momma), and all of their photos turned out beautifully!

I feel like we captured a Gap Kids ad here…

Sometimes kids don’t sit still and pose exactly how you think you want them to. Sometimes that’s how a beautiful picture is created.

Fall Mini Session: Katherine and Ezekiel

Katherine and Ezekiel had their Fall Mini Session at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano.  Ezekiel was a movie star in front of the camera and he LOVED the apples, and I just loved Katherine’s plaid shirt.  It was a bit humid (we almost got rained on), but we were still able to get some beautiful photos.  I just love the props and set up!

Stay tuned for more featured Fall Minis coming soon!  If you’d still like to schedule a session, it’s not too late!  The last Fall Mini Sessions are on October 11th at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano.  Email me to schedule your session at Miranda@MirandaMooreBlog.com.

The Jones Family – Frisco Family Photography

It was such a pleasure to work with the beautiful Jones family.  They were celebrating 10 years of being a family!  Babe’s Chicken House in Frisco was the perfect backdrop for their family portraits.
